These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Twine & Honey. By engaging our services or making an enquiry, you agree to the following:

 

Services

Twine & Honey provides:

• Floristry services for weddings, events, elopements, and private or brand events

• Bee-friendly residential garden planting and nature-led garden support

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

We do not offer funeral floristry services.

 

Quotes & Bookings

• Quotes are provided based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry

• Final pricing may change if project scope, location, or requirements change

• Bookings are confirmed once details are agreed upon in writing

 

Travel

Twine & Honey is based in Mullumbimby, NSW.
Travel within the Byron region is included.
Additional travel fees may apply for events outside this area, including interstate work.

 

Garden Services

Garden services are focused on planting, soft garden creation, and pollinator-friendly support.
We are not landscapers and do not provide structural landscaping, excavation, or construction services.

 

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be discussed and confirmed individually depending on the service booked.

 

Images & Content

Unless otherwise requested, Twine & Honey may photograph completed work for portfolio, website, or social media use. Client privacy is always respected.

 

Liability

While every care is taken, Twine & Honey is not liable for factors outside our control, including weather conditions, supplier availability, or venue restrictions.
